Walking Sessions

Join me for an hour-long session in nature, walking and processing. The bilateral stimulation inherent in walking can help regulate the brain's response to stress and trauma, promote a sense of relaxation and well-being, and facilitate the processing of emotions and memories previously stuck in the nervous system.

We'll meet at the beautiful Hovander Park, starting at the Slater Rd. entrance, for a walk at your pace in an environment that naturally activates your parasympathetic nervous system.
