Out-of-Network Benefits & Superbill Options

Many clients have out-of-network mental health benefits without realizing it. If I'm not in-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill (an itemized receipt), which you can submit for partial or full reimbursement depending on your plan.

For couples and family therapy, I operate as an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a superbill, and you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.

Please note: Most insurance companies reimburse less for couples and family sessions than they do for individual therapy—even though these services often require more clinical skill, preparation, and depth of engagement. My private rate reflects the true value of this work.
